Last updated: 05 November 2025
FreeProxy24 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we may disable and/or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), FreeProxy24 will promptly respond to properly formatted notices of alleged infringement occurring on or through the FreeProxy24 website, mobile applications, or related online services (collectively, the “Sites”).
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please send a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take appropriate action at our sole discretion, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported material.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement (“Notice”)
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, you may provide a representative list.
- Identify the infringing material (or material subject to infringing activity) to be removed or disabled, and provide information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material (at minimum, the URL on the Sites where the material appears).
- Provide your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
- Include the following statements in the body of the Notice:
“I hereby state that I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).”
“I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.” - Provide your signature: a physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent.
