Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 05 November 2025

Welcome to FreeProxy24. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://freeproxy24.com, our country pages and any related tools or APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About FreeProxy24

FreeProxy24 indexes and displays publicly available proxy endpoints (HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS4/SOCKS5) collected from third-party sources and automated scans. We do not own, operate or control the listed servers and cannot guarantee their availability, speed, security or legality in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

  • The Service is provided for lawful, personal and non-commercial use unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, site terms of the destinations you access and network/provider policies.
  • You must not use the Service to engage in or facilitate illegal activity, abuse, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, spam or malware distribution.
  • You must not circumvent security or rate limits, scrape in a way that imposes unreasonable load, mirror the Service, or send automated requests except as permitted by our public endpoints or documented API.

3. Third-Party Links & Content

Links and proxy endpoints are provided for your convenience “as is.” Websites reached through proxies are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, practices or policies. If you are a rights holder requesting link removal, contact us at contacts.

4. Your Content

If you submit, upload or publish materials (e.g., comments, feedback) you represent that you have the necessary rights and that your materials do not violate laws or third-party rights. You grant FreeProxy24 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce and display such materials for operating and improving the Service.

5. No Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION (INCLUDING PROXY LISTS, METRICS AND LABELS) ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY AND SECURITY. USE OF ANY PROXY MAY EXPOSE YOU TO RISKS INCLUDING DATA INTERCEPTION, MALWARE OR UNRELIABLE PERFORMANCE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEPROXY24 AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 50.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FreeProxy24 harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes, Availability & Termination

  • We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time without notice.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service (including text, design, logos and software) is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for content that we explicitly mark as third-party or public domain, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in a competent court with jurisdiction over our principal place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
